2025 EC-406 Die Cast Hydraulics Training at Cascade Sparta

Cascade Sparta recently hosted the EC406 die cast hydraulics training course for NADCA Chapter 3, held under NADCA guidelines. The session provided operators and maintenance staff with a strong foundation in hydraulic theory and system behavior on die cast machines.

The course was led by Paul Brancaleon, whose clear teaching style and practical approach made the material easy to understand and directly applicable to daily plant operations. Paul covered basic and intermediate hydraulic functions, pressure creation and control, and how hydraulics influence the die cast cycle.
